The living areas are expansive and designed to offer a sense of calm throughout. On the first floor, the main lounge sits beneath high wooden ceilings, arranged around a feature fireplace that welcomes you home after days spent exploring the slopes. The atmosphere is serene and uplifting, enhanced by generous windows and soft natural tones. Evenings flow seamlessly from relaxed conversations to memorable meals around the large wooden dining table, where views of Lech and the surrounding peaks provide a spectacular backdrop. A modern, fully equipped bar completes the setting, while spacious balconies allow you to step outside and watch the skiers glide past your piste side location.

The chalet’s private wellness area provides a soothing escape for body and mind. Generous in size and refined in design, it includes a fourteen meter indoor pool, steam room, sauna and indoor Jacuzzi. Outside, a large hot tub sits beneath open Alpine skies, offering panoramic mountain views. Back indoors, the spa continues with a dedicated massage room and a peaceful relaxation zone complete with a projector screen, perfect for unwinding with a film or simply enjoying the calming ambience.

Guests looking for quieter corners will find them on the ground floor, where a private library showcases Austrian craftsmanship with its floor to ceiling bookcase. A characterful study provides an additional retreat for reading or quiet work, while the entertainment room invites relaxed evenings, movie nights or special gatherings. A private wine cellar adds to the experience, allowing you to select a bottle to enjoy as the evening unfolds. This versatile space can also accommodate yoga sessions or small business meetings.

Chalet Mimi accommodates up to fourteen guests across thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The Master suite offers a peaceful sanctuary with its own balcony, dressing area and private lounge. Additional double rooms echo the calm and refined design of the chalet, while two charming bunk rooms make the property ideal for both families and groups of friends. One of the double rooms connects to a four person bunk room, creating a spacious family suite.

For comfort and convenience, the chalet includes a ski room with boot warmers and an internal elevator connecting each level.

Prices reflect exclusive use of the chalet for up to fourteen guests, including full gourmet catering, butler service, daily housekeeping and a twenty four hour in resort chauffeur. Alcoholic beverages are available at an additional cost.

An adjoining annexe can be arranged on request for groups requiring extra space, accommodating two adults and four children at an additional fee.
