All bookings at The Chalet Luxe require full advance payment at the time of reservation to secure your chosen chalet.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Cryptocurrency – Selected cryptocurrencies (details provided upon request)
- Bank Transfer – Bank account details will be provided after booking confirmation
3. Booking & Payment Terms
- Minimum booking duration is one week
- Full advance payment is required for confirmation
- Rates are subject to change until payment is received
4. Security of Payments
We use secure gateways and encrypted processes to protect all transactions. Sensitive card or wallet details are never stored by The Chalet Luxe.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing via reservation@thechaletluxe.com
- Refund eligibility depends on booking terms agreed at the time of payment
- Cryptocurrency refunds, where applicable, will be calculated at the exchange rate on the refund date
