The property comprises three luxury apartments—Apartment 1, 2, and 3—each ranging from 140–150m². This configuration offers privacy for multiple groups while keeping everyone connected via a private lift. Each apartment comfortably accommodates 8–12 guests, with open-plan living and dining areas that are light-filled, calm, and welcoming. Soft furnishings, cosy sofas, and a traditional fireplace create the perfect setting to relax after skiing, while fully equipped kitchens allow your designated chef to prepare meals for the group. Dining tables provide an inviting space for hearty breakfasts or evening dinners, or guests may choose to explore St Anton’s renowned restaurants and bars.

Chalet Marmotta Neve sleeps up to 28 guests across 13 en-suite bedrooms. Most rooms can be configured as double or twin, making the chalet suitable for family, friends, or corporate ski retreats. Apartment 1 includes a ground-floor bunk bedroom for children, while all rooms are designed to offer a serene and restful atmosphere.

Additional amenities include a private lift for easy access between apartments, a ski room, and garage parking.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 28 guests on a bed and breakfast basis, including daily continental breakfast, afternoon tea, and housekeeping.
