The first floor sets the tone with bright, thoughtfully curated interiors reflecting the owners’ refined English sensibility. High ceilings, pale woods and expansive windows create an airy, uplifting atmosphere. Sofas gather around the central fireplace, forming a cosy refuge after time on the slopes. Large windows frame views of the pistes and surrounding tranquillity, while the wrap-around balcony invites you to step outside and take in the peaceful alpine scenery.

A few steps lead to the dining space, a calm and inviting room where a wooden table seats ten guests in comfort. Mealtimes unfold against views of the private garden and the outdoor hot tub beyond, a welcome indulgence for later in the evening. A separate, fully equipped kitchen sits just behind, featuring an island that naturally becomes a spot for morning coffee or a simple snack before heading out for the day.

At the heart of the chalet is the wellness area, a serene sanctuary designed for deep relaxation. The indoor swimming pool is generous in size, ideal for easing tired muscles or enjoying light-hearted moments with the children. A sauna completes the sense of calm, while loungers offer a quieter space to unwind with a book. A glass-fronted fitness room sits just alongside, and outside on the terrace, the cedar hot tub provides a tranquil open-air escape.

For entertainment, Chalet des Ors caters beautifully to all ages. A TV snug and games room gives teenagers a place of their own, with table football ready for friendly competition. A table tennis setup in the garage brings even more fun, while the tiered cinema room offers a shared space for cosy film nights.

Across six bedrooms, the chalet welcomes ten to fourteen guests. Rooms are styled with soft, homely touches, echoing the chalet’s warm character. All double bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms, while the quad bunk room for children includes its own private facilities and ample play space. The master suite crowns the chalet on the top floor, set beneath high eaves with its own balcony, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

Practical touches ensure a smooth stay, including garage parking and a ski room with boot warmers, conveniently linked to the entrance for easy storage of equipment after a day on the mountain.
